I had made this track and its vocals for some time. I liked the cheerful and trippy mood of the intro that I had obtained with the arpeggio of the synth. I knew that I just needed to rearrange it and find the perfect lyrics for this mood and for the feelings I would experience every time I
listened to it. But one day, I moved away from the city and went to the mountains with some friends. It was a wonderful afternoon and I dug out lots of memories. Sometimes, mountain produces this effect to me: it is mysterious, often triggers melancholy and makes me see things from above. When everything is small, I am able to think big about my choices, what I have done in the past and what I will do in the future. It is an emotional delirium. Sadly,
mountains – as well as the sea – make me suffer somehow. They are too emotionally strong to me and, if I’m not having a great time, they make me feel upset and sad. Instead, in this song, I perceive the lifeblood I got that afternoon, which has been the driving force of my enthusiasm to change my life, meet new people and start new projects.
